Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip

1 8 oz package of cream cheese
3 tbs heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Caramel sauce
Heath pieces
4 apples
Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mold into ball. Refrigerate.
To serve:
Place ball of cheese onto plate and pour caramel sauce (as desired) over the cheese.
Then, sprinkle heath pieces over the cheese mix.
Cut apples and place around the dip.
