Green Apple Gorgonzola Salad

1 bag lettuce (Romaine or Spring Mix)
1-2 green apples (cut into bite size pieces)
1 cup pecans, sugar-cinnamon toasted on stove
1 1/2 cup Craisins
Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
Newman's Own-- Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

*This salad is also good with feta or bleu cheese.


Zesty Pasta Salad

Cork Screw Pasta, cooked
Olives, sliced
Pepperoni slices
Purple Onion, diced
Green Pepper, diced
Red Pepper, diced
Kidney Beans, drained
Zesty Italian Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
